INTERVIEW PATTERN:
Totally Four Rounds
1st Round-Aptitude
Consist of 20 Questions.15 questions from Quantitative Aptitude and 5 questions from C program .
Its a written test.The aptitude part had questions from time and distance, area,Age,Logarithm, average,equation,principal interest etc.R.S.Agarwal is more than enough...
2nd Round-Technical HR
Me: Good afternoon, Sir.
Sir: Good afternoon. Please take your sit.
Me: Thank you, Sir.
Sir: Show me your CV. Introduce yourself...
Me: Iam xx completed my B.tech(I.T) at xx College with an academic aggregate of 83.9.Iam very much good in C,C++,Java.Iam participated several programming contest(symposiumz) in several colleges and won several prizes .Iam a quick learner and so on........(I told all the achievements .he was very much impressed with my introduction)
Sir: There are two sections in a question paper each contain five questions. A students has to answer 6 questions.Maximum no. of questions that can be answered from any section is 4. How many ways he can attempt the paper?
Me: Told ( He gave 1 paper and pen .I took 1 min)
Sir:How do u rate urself in Java?
Me: Out of 8/10
Sir: What is Garbage Collection?
Me: told
(Interview questions are very easy. They will ask only from ur areas of interest)
3rd Round-General HR
Simple questions were asked there in HR round related to my college life and my forthcoming life. One should have to clear about his views and thoughts while going for HR interview.
1)Tell me about urself?
2)Why Value Source?
3)How long will u work here?
4)Tell about ur family background?
5)R u agree for the bond?
6)What u will do if u dont get this job?
7)How did u Know about this company?
After waiting outside for around 2 hours HR came with a list containing name of 21 candidates and I was one of them
4th Round-Psychometric test
Its to test ur mental ability.Its all general question no need to prepare for this round and it is conducted in Value Source office.Elimination will be there.
Salary
Salary for Fresher as on 2011 is Rs.2.85 lakh
